"Once he was aware of my windshield delays, he took it over personally and had a company calling me within an hour. The glass company was great, they did it all within a half hour, where the last person (years ago) took 3 hours, haha! And I even got the factory Ford logo back, when the last company didn't do that. Thank you so much Mr. Pomales and Team!"

"My agent got retired and my policy was transferred to Jose and I started suffering. My previous agent was great, everything went smooth was her team, h they used to text if they want to do change or alert me of something I need to do. This was convenient and essential for me since I have extended work hours and can not pick the phone or use the app due to lack of service in my work place. Jose’s team increased premium multiple times without notice or communications, they removed discounts. I highly recommend another agent."
